A new trailer has been released showcasing the crossover between the hit titles Dungeon Defenders II and Terraria.

When a mysterious portal is opened, characters from the Dungeon Defenders world cross over into the 2D universe of Terraria; one of them then knocks one of Terraria's defenders back into the Dungeon Defenders world. Seeing the art styles change is interesting in itself, but the playing the new content is exciting as well. Of the release the developer said:

"In this rare crossover event, Terraria players will get to experience intense invasion-style action straight from the magical realm of Etheria, while Dungeon Defenders 2 players will enlist the help of an ancient and powerful hero to face down new threats of a distinctly Terrarian nature."

"Terraria fans will get a new Dungeon Defenders 2-themed event with special enemies and loot accessible to new players and engaging for veteran players. Dungeon Defenders 2 will receive new maps, gear, vanity items and more inspired by Terraria, as well as a brand-new hero available for purchase: the Dryad."

The content is due out before the end of the year and will be shown off in a livestream on November 11th. See the screens and trailer below.
