Bioware will release a series of videos which focus on different aspects of their upcoming game, Dragon Age: Inquisition. This first video details the game’s combat and the range of options it gives players.

For those who want a more action orientated approach, players can “lead from the front” and take it to the enemies head on. Those who want a more tactical approach to battle can pause the action at any time and move the camera around to place their party members wherever they need to and have them perform a wide variety of moves.

What’s cool here is that the more PC way of playing the game (pausing the action) is now available to console owners. Dragon Age: Origins let players pause the game to issue commands but the third person angle made that a bit difficult. It’s good to see that we’ll be able to pull the camera out to an isometric view point to really let us have full control over battles.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will be released on November 18th for the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
