There are times in which I want to scream. Despite the fact that it's Christmas Eve, I seriously want to shake an angry fist at Sega, guilty of what's probably one of the worst treatment of an awesome IP in recent history. But let's go in order: news first, rant later.

Today Sega announced that tomorrow it will release the 1.02 update to the recently released RPG Phantasy Star Nova.

The update will include a new time attack quest, a new story quest including two new characters and a costume. The costume is inspired by Riela's valkyria form in Valkyria Chronicles 3.

So not only Sega doesn't seem to have any intention to release this game in the west (exactly like Valkyria Chronicles 3), but keeps sprinkling Valkyria Chronicles costumes and characters around in games that have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Maybe, instead of slapping costumes around like cheap ornaments, they should think about using the IP better. You know...by making some games with it.
