Please hold me tight right now. You know how much I love the Valkyria Chronicles series, and you probably also know that I would give an arm and a leg for a new game of the franchise.

On October 2nd, Sega registered the trademark “Aoki Kakumei no Valkyria” with the Japanese Patent and Trademark Office, translating to “Valkyria of the Blue Revolution.

The trademark was filed under class 9 (with “home video game machines” specifically mentioned), 16 (stationery), 28 (amusement park machines), and 41 (online publications).

If you put “Valkyria” and “Blue” together, it’s really hard not to think about Valkyria Chronicles. Of course, it could be something completely different, in which case, God have mercy on Sega, because I won’t.
