Sega announced earlier this month that it would have a new triple-A title to reveal come Gamescom and just mere days before the convention is set to kick off, it seems as though the publisher has now started to tease this new project.Over on Sega's official Twitter account today, a brief message was shared stating simply, "Be the first to know." Along with the statement, a GIF was attached that seems to feature a heart rate monitor. The tweet also contains a link to a website (hmkd.sega.com) that also features the same monitor seen in the GIF. You can also sign-up on the website to learn more about this mystery game once it's announced. As of this writing, it's hard to know just what this new game could be. Sega filed a trademark earlier this year for "Humankind" which seems to be what the "HMKD" in the website URL is pointing to. But as for what Humankind is, we still don't know. It could be an entirely new IP from Sega, or perhaps it's a new subtitle of a franchise that we're already familiar with.Regardless of what this is, we'll likely find out come Monday, August 19. Sega has already confirmed it'll be participating in Geoff Keighley's Gamescom Opening Night Live stream, so expect to hear more come that time.
