World of Tanks creator Wargaming and its publishing arm, Wargaming Alliance, have announced that it is partnering with Sega and Creative Assembly to release Total War: Arena.

For those who don’t know: Total War: Arena is a free-to-play game focused entirely on online multiplayer, mixing elements of real-time strategy and multiplayer online battle arena gameplay. The game will feature 10 versus 10 battles, with each player controlling 3 units, consisting of up to 100 men.

Announced back in 2013, Total War: Arena is set to be the label’s first release, whenever it releases on PC.
