Sega Will Announce a New Hatsune Miku Game at Tokyo Game Show

on September 12, 2014 5:10 AM

Sega just opened its Tokyo Game Show website, and the publisher is going to broadcast live from  its booth for the whole four days of the event.  Interestingly, there’s a brand new game that is going to be announced on September 18th at 3 PM local time.

The game, codenamed “SEGA feat. HATSUNE MIKU Project” is obviously a new Hatsune Miku title (and is explicitly indicated as such). It will be introduced by the series’ Lead Director Hiroshi Utsumi.

For now nothing is known about the game, besides the logo, which you can see above, but if you’re curious, you can check out the Nico Nico livestream on September 18th at 3 PM Japan time.

Could it be the debut of the series on PS4? Utsumi-san surely seemed to be keen on the idea when he was asked last year.
