Today, Square Enix announced new information regarding its free-to-play role-playing title Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, which includes new Final Fantasy VII-related content and adding Sephiroth onto the roster.

According to the press release, to commemorate the arrival of the legendary Final Fantasy villain, six limited-time events are now live in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. 

The first limited time event, Step-Up Banner features Sephiroth Lila, Shylt, and Mim. For the remainder of this month, whenever a player performs a summon with one of these four character banners will receive unique rewards which consist of Trust Moogles and Summon Tickets. Additionally, those who manage to complete all steps on the banner will be guaranteed access to one of the featured five-star base characters for this event, including Sephiroth.

The other limited-time events include a special login bonus, new bundles, as well as the Expert Exploration Quest, which starts May 18 and tasks players with traveling to Mount Nibel and defeat the Materia Keeper.

Lastly, to celebrate the one-wing angel's arrival, Square Enix has announced several promotions for Final Fantasy-related media. Which consists of the original Final Fantasy VII game, its original score, along with Final Fantasy Brave Exvius' on sale for up to 30% on the App Store and Google Play.
