There has been a lot of discussion on Project CARS, especially focused around its visuals and on whether actual gameplay looks as good as the game’s incredible screenshots.

To answer that question, we fished up six recent gameplay videos that were all filmed with the game running on ultra settings. They definitely show the game in a very flattering light, as you can see below, putting the engine to the test in a variety of conditions and views, including different weather and time of day.

Under the videos you can also check out the latest gallery of screenshots released by Slightly Mad Studios, in order to compare the screenies with actual gameplay.

How does the gameplay footage match up with the visual impact of the screenshots? You can be the judge. Leave a comment and let us know.
