Today Microsoft's E3 Briefing showed us a new Shadow of the Tomb Raider trailer for the upcoming third-person adventure title. Shadow of the Tomb Raider takes places after the events of Rise of the Tomb Raider.

The trailer shown below gives us a better look at the story, also showing off the Mayan world as well as some puzzles and action sequences. Various gameplay snippets are teased throughout as well as what looks like Lara turning into a Mayan tribe member. We also get a look at some puzzles, and tomb exploration that seems to look similar to the classic series we all know and love.

We saw Shadow of the Tomb Raider launch the official cinematic trailer back in April this year. We also saw videos showing off the map view and UI, wall-running and swimming, complex AI and more through various developer diaries.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is due to launch on September 14th 2018 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. It's available for pre-orders which will grant early access. You can read our preview on the title over here and see what we thought about the title so far.
