Today Sega released a brand new trailer of the upcoming and massively anticipate Shenmue I & II remasters.

The trailer is pretty special, as it compares locations of the real world Yokosuka with scenes from the game. We return to Dobuita shopping street where it all started, providing a look at how developers took inspiration from the real world to create the world of the game.

Funnily, I have never been to Yokosuka, since it’s a little bit outside of the areas I normally travel to in Japan, but now I really want to visit. Unfortunately, that will have to wait until after Tokyo Game Show.

If you want to see more about the game, you can watch the latest trailer that announced the release date and the first one. You can also check out a few 1080p screenshots showing the improved image quality.

On top of Xbox One, Shenmue I & II will release on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, on August 21st.

If you prefer to grab a physical copy of the game, it can already be pre-ordered on Amazon.
