Today Sega made a new theme and avatar pack dedicated to the recently-released JRPG Shining Resonance Refrain available on the North American PlayStation Network.

The good news is that the package, which can be found here, is completely free. The bad news is that a North American PlayStation Plus subscription is required to grab it.

On top of the theme, it includes avatars portraying the Shining Dragon, Excella, Fromage, Kirika, Rinna, Sonia, and Yuma.

The theme is static, and unfortunately includes no music or other custom elements. Yet, the illustrations by the game's Character Designer Tony Taka are fantastic as usual.

You can check a few pictures below and see if they entice you to download it. Unfortunately, no equivalent offer appears to be available in Europe. You can use the theme with your European account once you downloaded it, but you still need a North American PlayStation Plus subscription to do so.
