EA Bright Light has developed Spare Parts, an action adventure title for Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network that will be launching this winter. The game follows Mar-T and Chip, two robots who find themselves on a strange planet. You’ll need to work together, either locally or online, to find parts so you can get your fallen ship off the ground and escape the planet from the evil Lord Krung. Across your journey you’ll unlock many abilities that will aid you against countless numbers of enemies; some of which are spider monkeys.

The video that you are about to see shows Simon “You Have Red on You, Shaun” Pegg, who lends his voice as the supercomputer guide Con-rad, discusses elements of the game that he enjoyed as well as his love for video games in general. Simon Pegg is better known for his roles in Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and as Montgomery “Scotty” Scott in the latest Star Trek remake.

Throughout the video, you’ll also see clips of gameplay and art design from Spare Parts. Enjoy yourself some Pegg!
