If you’re still on the fence about whether the Mechromancer class is right for you, Gearbox has released a handy video featuring Sir Hammerlock – who describes the many ways she can obliterate her enemies.
Gaige appeals to both players who want a real challenge via her ‘Anarchy’ skill which boosts damage whilst decreasing accuracy, as well as those who may be new to first person shooters with her ‘Close Enough’ skill; which enables stray bullets to ricochet towards their intended target. Not to mention her lethal, laser-beam firing bodyguard named Death Trap, which is likely to appeal to most if not all players.
Players can purchase the Mechromancer class right now for $9.99 (800 Microsoft Points). Premiere Club members gain access to the additional class for free.
Borderlands 2, developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games is available now for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
