Indie studio Lunar Rooster is conducting a Closed Beta for its upcoming game Sky Noon this week.

Starting this Thursday, April 19 at 12 p.m. PDT, you can check the game out for yourself. If you want to participate in the Closed Beta, you’ll have to join the official Sky Noon Discord channel and authorize the key bot by following the directions on the link here. Keys will be sent out on a first come, first serve basis. The test period will last until Monday, April 23 at 12 p.m. PDT.

Revealed earlier this year, Sky Noon is a first-person shooter set in the Wild West with a steampunk twist. As you fight atop floating islands, you will attempt to defeat your enemies. Instead of the traditional means of elimination that most FPS use, Sky Noon tasks you to knock your opponents off the island by using “super-power compressed air weapons.” You’ll be able to use grappling hooks and lassos to prevent you from falling to your death.

Sky Noon is coming to PC via Steam Early Access in Q2 2018.
