Well, Kinect enthusiast looking to use Microsoft’s upcoming device to watch Sky satellite programs from their console can now rest assured that Sky will be fully compatible with the Kinect come launch day. Microsoft’s press release has stated,

“Selecting a favourite show, changing live channels, or easily scrolling forward and back through on-demand content is all made possible by a simple wave of a hand…Kinect for Sky Player on Xbox 360 will also let viewers control TV with their voice to pause, fast forward, rewind and play content.”

As of right now, the Kinect is scheduled for a November 10, 2010 release, and basic Sky packages can run you around £15 per month.
