PS3 users have felt slighted for quite a while over the missing (but apparently still being worked on) release of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's DLC Dawnguard on their platform. Looks like the same thing won't happen with the upcoming package Dragonborn, that will available on Xbox Live tomorrow.

Bethesda Softworks announced today that Dragonborn will be released both on PC and on PS3 early next year, and more will come after that.

Personally, while this is definitely a piece of good news for disgruntled PC and PS3 users that have felt (especially the latter) a tad neglected by Bethesda, I'd say it's a good time to just do away with this temporary exclusive business. I'm sure Micorosft's money is sweet on the surface, but making a large part of one's playerbase feel like they are second rate customers isn't what I'd call a smart move and isn't really conducive to customer satisfaction.

For the sake of full disclosure, the picture above is taken on an heavily modded version of SkyrimDragonborn won't make your game look like that. Not even close.
