Slay the Spire is finally coming to a console near you and developer MegaCrit and publisher Humble Bundle have released the game's PS4 trailer into the wild. The previously PC-exclusive is a mix of deck-building card game and roguelike RPG that tore up the Steam charts last year. Give the game a look for yourself with the trailer below:

Players can begin their quest as one of three characters, who each have their own unique card set. Each player begins with the same starter set but is quickly given new cards to modify their deck, making each run feel unique. There are over 250 cards to find, giving the game tons of replayability.

Items and various events can also change up how you play your deck. Which only adds to the mystery of each individual run. If you really dig in, the game will always feel fresh because there are so many ways to build a deck of cards.

Slay the Spire is predominantly a single-player game; however, MegaCrit has added a Daily Climb to give the game a bit of multiplayer. This tower is a set run of enemies where players try to get as close to the top as they can before comparing themselves to every other player around the world. It's a great addition for veteran fans looking to squeeze even more enjoyment out of the game.

Slay the Spire is out now on PC and is coming to PS4 on May 21. It will also be coming to Nintendo Switch later this year. Gamers who want to play Slay the Spire on the go should keep theirs eyes here as more information comes out about the Switch version in the future.
