Slow Loop release date estimate, first trailer, key visual

The official Twitter for Slow Loop just revealed a new trailer and details on the anime. The trailer showcases the three main characters, Hiyori (voiced by Rin Kuzumi), Koharu (Natsumi Hioka), and Ai (Tomomi Mineuchi). The three girls are seen hanging out together and fishing. The trio is enjoying fishing in the summer, at a mountain spring. This is the kind of anime you wanna watch to just lay back and relax, a typical CGDCT: Cute Girls Doing Cute Things anime.

Slow Loop will start airing in January 2022, as part of the Winter 2022 anime season. We don’t know yet how many episodes it’ll be, but it’s very likely to be one cour long (10 to 13 episodes). Check out the trailer and key visual below.

More on the original manga

Slow Loop is originally a manga started in 2018 by Maiko Uchino. It’s published in Manga Time Kirara Web. no one licensed the series in the USA yet. Mixing school life, slice of life, and fishing, it’s a nice and relaxing series with four volumes out so far in Japan. I definitely recommend checking it out and keeping an eye on the anime.

Maiko Uchino has also been sharing exclusive illustrations on Twitter. Especially since the anime reveal. There’s this super cute artwork of the seiyuu at the dubbing that’s just adorable.
