Sumo Digital announced the price of Snake Pass today, and released the first dev diary for it.

The game will be $19.99 when in North America and €19.99 in Europe when it launches for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

The first episode of the game's dev diary series called The Story of Snake Pass covers the game's humble beginnings from an internal game jam project to its first consumer demo at EGX Rezzed in 2016. Seb Liese, creator of Snake Pass, had the following to say about this first dev diary:

"Sharing the first developer diary is great because it shows how quickly the game evolved. That original prototype already had the feel we wanted, but it was building an actual game around it that became the challenge. Seeing that rudimentary green snake is quite comical now. We worked so hard to turn him into something charming and ended up with the Noodle you see today, a character I hope will resonate with people of all ages!”

You can watch the The Story of Snake Pass below. Snake Pass will launch on March 28 in North America, and on March 29 in Europe.
