With the Nintendo Switch just one week away, there is plenty of anticipation for some of the game’s biggest upcoming releases like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, while one of the game’s surprises, Snipperclips, will also be ready to go with the system at launch.
Nintendo has announced that Snipperclips will be releasing on March 3rd, 2017 to coincide with the Nintendo Switch’s release, making for one more launch title to debut with the system next week as a Nintendo eShop-exclusive.
The game will retail for $19.99 on the Nintendo eShop when it releases next week, with the title so far confirmed for the US, Europe, and Japan. A free demo of the game is also expected to release on the eShop, allowing users the chance to try out the game on the new system.
Nintendo of Europe also confirmed that a limited edition bundle with two extra Joy-Con controllers and a download code for Snipperclips will release on March 10th, 2017, though no exact pricing information has been confirmed at this time (a standalone pair of Joy-Cons costs £74.99). No confirmation has arrived at this time if a similar bundle will be available in other regions outside of Europe.
Snipperclips will release for Nintendo Switch on March 3rd, 2017.
