The first major Pokemon GO Raid Boss change of June has just started to take place.

As part of the Season of Discovery's Slow Event, a bunch of new, not very fast, Pokemon have joined the battle.

The likes of Snorlax, Slaking and Slowking are now headlining Three-Star Raids, meaning players have their work cut out.

So, to help, here is every Snorlax weakness in Pokemon GO and every Pokemon you'll want to bring to help counter it.

Snorlax Weakness Pokemon GO

Snorlax's normal typing leaves it with one weakness and one weakness only, that is to Fighting-type moves.

Therefore, if you're looking to take this beast down, bring your best fighters!

Best Counters for Snorlax Weaknesses

Because of its single weakness, it's a fairly straightforward list of Pokemon you're going to want to bring along to Snorlax raids.

Mega Lopunny is your optimal Mega pick, with Mega Gengar having some worth.

Following that of course, it's a bunch of Fighting-types that you're going to want to bring. Your best choices are the following: Lucario, Conkeldurr, Machamp, Breloom, Hariyama, Sirfetch'd and Blaziken.

You can find the best moves for all of these Pokemon below:

  • Mega Lopunny - Low Kick/Focus Blast
  • Mega Gengar - Sucker Punch/Focus Blast
  • Lucario - Counter/Aura Sphere
  • Conkeldurr - Counter/Dynamic Punch
  • Machamp - Counter/Dynamic Punch
  • Breloom - Counter/Dynamic Punch
  • Hariyama - Counter/Dynamic Punch
  • Blaziken - - Counter/Focus Blast
  • Sirfetch'd - Counter/Close Combat

Snorlax can be soloed in Three-Star Raids, however, it is one of the slightly more tricky raid bosses in this category.
