Last summer, we heard from Song of Memories developer Pure Wish that the visual novel would come west, but then they simply went under the radar.

Today British publisher PQube finally lifted the curtain on the localization of the game, that will come to both North America and Europe in 2018 for PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

The game features six heroines to romance, fully animated characters, forty hours of voice acting in Japanese, tons of fanservice, and a complex and interesting story that starts merry and fun, and then spirals into very dark and tragic undertones Muv-Luv-style.

Song of Memories released in Japan on April 27th, 2017 for PS4. Interestingly, Pure Wish had also mentioned a PC port for the game, but nothing about that was mentioned in today's press release, that include only PS4 and Switch releases.

You can check out the new trailer and a few screenshots below. If you want to see more, you enjoy another trailer for the Japanese version, and one revealing the dark side of the game (which you may or may not want to watch, depending on whether you'd like to know what's going to happen. If you don't, you may want to completely avoid the video and screenshots below as well).
