It's been a long wait, but Sony Computer Entertainment had a surprise in store today. The publisher finally released the Toro's House PS4 dynamic theme and the Toro and Friends theme for the PS Vita on the North American PlayStation Store.

The PS4 theme can be found here and costs a reasonable $1.99. The PS Vita theme is here, and is completely free.

The PS4 dynamic theme is actually one of the best released so far, with animations, custom music and custom sounds. Below and above you can see a few screenshots of both themes.
