Sony Isn't Publishing White Knight Chronicles II in North America - Say Wha?

We all know White Knight Chronicles, an underrated RPG from Level 5 with an entire multiplayer component (something you don’t often see in JRPGs), took forever and a day to be localized and published by Sony. It turns out the sequel, White Knight Chronicles II, isn’t being brought to North America by the console manufactuer. D3Publisher is actually localizing it and publishing it here. That actually took me by surprise a bit, but hey, as long as the title gets over here in a relatively timely fashion, I don’t mind!

Remember too that the sequel comes with a remastered version of the first title on the disc and ready for your enjoyment. In Japan, you were required to replay the first game to be able to start the second, kind of like it was one big, gigantic RPG. The North American version will not require that. When you start the second game, you’ll pick up with the ending events of the first title and go from there.
