Sony Interactive Entertainment announced today with a press release that it will publish the PS4 version of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare in Japan and Asia.

The release date is the same as the west, November 4th, and the same editions (standard, and Legacy with the Modern Warfare remaster) will also be provided.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan and Asia will be responsible for both sales and marketing of the game in the region.

At the moment the publisher for the Xbox One and PC versions for the local market hasn't yet been announced.

Pre-orders have also been opened today both on the Japanese PlayStation Store and at Japanese retailers (here's Amazon for the Legacy and Standard editions) exclusively for the PS4 version, while the Xbox One and PC versions still aren't available.

Update: the Xbox One version was has been made available for digital pre-order in the Japanese Xbox store, and Activision is mentioned as the publisher.
