Sony Japan Studio’s Chris Ashimine worked as Localization Producer for the whole Uncharted Series, and was interviewed by the official Japanese PlayStation community site Play Community to celebrate the upcoming PlayStation Awards ceremony (Uncharted 3 won the user’s choice award in 2012).

Quite obviously, he was asked about the future of the Uncharted series, and here’s what he responded:

Talking about Naughty Dog as a developer, the PS4 comes into view in terms of their future title’s development. While I don’t know if their new title will be an “Uncharted” game, but I do think that you can expect it to be for the PS4.

How do you feel about it? Would you prefer the PS4 to be graced by a new Uncharted, or maybe by the sequel of The Last of Us? It could even be something else entirely, after all.
