Today Bandai Namco Entertainment released the latest trailer of its upcoming fighting game SoulCalibur VI, and it’s all about the new character Grøh.

On top of seeing the Norwegian hero in gameplay action, we get an introduction by Producer Motohiro Okubo, who explains why the team decided to set Grøh's origin in that country, while also mentioning that his dual saver is a first in the series.

Interestingly, we also hear that Grøh will be an "extremely important" character om the game, even if Okubo-san doesn't explain how or why.

He probably means importance in the story, but this is just my speculation, as we don't have further information for the moment.

You can check it out below. If you want to see more, you can check out the previous trailer of the same series about Nightmare, two trailers revealing Ivy and Zasalamel, and a batch of screenshots showing them in action.

SoulCalibur VI will release worldwide in 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
