Today, Ubisoft released an official launch and accolades trailer for their upcoming RPG, South Park: The Fractured but Whole.

The new 45 second "accolades trailer" is hardly that, instead featuring several snippets of the in-game cutscenes for the title as well as a handful of adjectives that describe the game from numerous publications. Meanwhile, the official launch trailer is a nearly two-minutes long, focusing on an abridged version of the game's plot.

A sequel to the 2014 game South Park: The Stick of Truth, players control “The New Kid” residing in South Park. Much like its predecessor, The Fractured but Whole is a tactical role-playing game and maintains several gameplay elements featured in the first game. Originally announced with a December 2016 release date, the game was pushed back to a Q1 2017 release. Despite suffering numerous delays, South Park: The Fractured But Whole is set to be released on October 17th, 2017 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
