Spider-Man: Miles Morales – Update 1.11 Details & Patch Notes

As of writing, Insomniac Games has not released the official patch notes for the new Spider-Man: Miles Morales update that was deployed on August 7. The developers usually release full patch notes for each update over on their official support page. So, as soon as they are released we will update this article.

Previous Spider-Man: Miles Morales Update

Although the official patch notes for the latest Spider-Man: Miles Morales update haven’t arrived just yet, it’s likely that the update is similar to the previous ones.

Update 1.10 for Spider-Man: Miles Morales fixed the following issues:

General Fixes & Polish

  • Global stability fixes and performance improvements
  • Improvements to ray-traced reflection quality in the Performance RT graphics mode
  • Fix for an issue with motion blur on certain pedestrians

Occasionally, Insomniac Games have been known to release brand new suits in their updates. But as of writing, no new suits have been discovered in update 1.11.

So, it looks like there’s no new content in the latest update. But, with speculation around a possible Spider-Man 2 title already in the works, fans might not have to wait too much longer to get back into the spider-suit and swing around Harlem.

The speculation in question comes from a now-deleted post by the Miles Morales actor Nadji Jeter over on his Instagram. In the deleted post, Jeter was in full motion-capture gear, leading to speculation that the production of a new Spider-Man game is now underway.

Until then, Spider-Man: Miles Morales is available now on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
