Insomniac Games’ PS4 Spider-Man Won’t Appear at PlayStation Experience or The Game Awards

If you were hoping to see more about Insomniac Games’ upcoming PS4 exclusive Spider-Man tomorrow at the Games Awards or at PlayStation Experience this weekend, well, it’s not going to happen, as the developer just announced on Twitter.

On the other hand, the studio also promised to show some “cool stuff” in 2017.

Spider-Man was announced back at Sony Interactive Entertainment E3 20016 press briefing, but not much has been shown since. The game appeared again during the PlayStation Meeting in September, helping in the introduction the PS4 Pro’s HDR and 4K capabilities.

Luckily, there will still be plenty of content promised for PlayStation Experience this weekend, including a lot of playable games (including the return of Ace Combat 7), and a few interesting panels, also featuring Hideo Kojima and his Death Stranding.
