After the successful showcase at E3, Insomniac Games is talking more about its upcoming Spider-Man game on its official Twitter account, providing some interesting information on what we can expect.

First and foremost, Spidey's new logo is "explained" in the game. While the developer doesn't want to spoil it, it's part of the story itself.

On top of that, while there will be familiar characters, many will be playing a new role, since the game is set in its own self-contained Spider-Man universe.

Incidentally, if you're wondering whether the Symbiote will make an appearance in the game, the answer is "nope!"

Marvel's Spider-Man will release next year, and Sony Interactive Entertainment President Shawn Layden seems to have implied that it will release in the first half of the year, even if there is no official information about that for now. It will come exclusively for PS4.
