Speaking to Geoff Keighley, JJ Abrams of Bad Robot and Donald Mustard of Chair have announced a new game for PC and mobile to release in 2016. JJ Abrams joined Chair due to loving Infinity Blade, and approached them to create something new and unique, which turned into Spyjinx.

Described as an action-strategy game, mixed with world building and RPG development, we really don’t have much to go on currently. There is a beta sign up now on Spyjinx’s website, and both JJ and Donald mention how players will be able to help develop the game with their feedback. It will be powered by Unreal Engine and available on PC, tablets, and phones. Donald also teases consoles by adding, “and hopefully everywhere that you enjoy games.”
