Square Enix Might Be Teasing a New Game From the Team that Made Final Fantasy XV

The latest Final Fantasy XV CGI trailer released today included a rather interesting Easter Egg.

In the train car boarded by Noctis during the trailer, there is an add that appears multiple times (as you can see at the bottom of the post). It reads “New Project Launch – Jobs Offered,” signed Business Division 2.

This appears to be a tease of a new project started at Square Enix’s Business Division 2.

Business Division 2 is the team that created Final Fantasy XV, and that is now shifting focus on the DLC packages¬†after the game has gone gold. Since it’s very unlikely that the rather large team that worked on Final Fantasy XV¬†will move entirely on the DLC, the start of development on a brand new game possibly in the concept phase is a very realistic possibility.

Of course, there’s no way to know for sure until Square Enix makes an official announcement, so take it with the traditional grain of salt.
