Square Enix Releases the English Version of the Final Fantasy XIII-2 Tokyo Game Show Trailers

on September 20, 2011 1:45 PM

Square Enix released today the two Tokyo Game Show trailers of Final Fantasy XIII-2, but this time they’re voiced in English.

Actually, they tried to release them yesterday, but for some funny joke of youtube’s bureaucracy, they were removed because they violated Square Enix’ copyrights… on Square Enix’ own channel.

Funny tidbits aside, the first trailer is dedicated to the PS3 version of the game, while the second showcases the 360 version. If you’re an old JRPG player like me and watch the end of the Xbox 360 one, you’ll see a scene that triggers some very, very strong Chrono Trigger vibes.

Anyway, you can head straight past the cut and check out all the visual goodness. Say what you want, but I love the voice of Charice, so it’s audio goodness as well.
