Stab, stab! Assassin’s Creed II DLC Lands Soon

The folks at Ubisoft have been busy as of late, especially with one of their biggest releases hitting just a couple weeks ago – Assassin’s Creed II.  Today comes an announcement that confirms two pieces of DLC for their romp through renaissance Italy.  In fact, this was the shortest press release I’ve ever seen and all it did was confirm that there is, indeed, going to be DLC in the coming months and what the names of each pack is.  So, here’s the skinny.

  • DLC #1: Battle of Forli
  • DLC #2: Bonfire of the Vanities

I don’t know what the content in each of those focuses on, but that’s what they’re going to be called.  Also of note, of course, is the projected release months for them – one in January and one on February.  Naturally you’ll need a copy of the Assassin’s Creed II game disc to make use of this DLC.  So, if you’re a fan of the franchise you have this to look forward to after the holidays are over!
