It’s actually been quite a long time since the last Stadia Connect even occurred. To date, Google hasn’t held one of these events in 2020, with the most recent Stadia Connect transpiring last year in August prior to Gamescom 2019. Since this time, many fans have been asking Google about when more announcements will be coming, to which the team at Stadia has said that the onus is on publishers and developers to reveal their games for the platform.
Even if you’re not utilizing Stadia right this moment, next week’s Connect might be worth keeping an eye on purely for other game reveals that could be happening. Previously, major reveals such as Baldur’s Gate III have come to light during these streams, meaning that other noteworthy multiplatform titles could be unveiled next week, too.
We’ll keep you up to date on all of the latest Stadia news when this Connect live stream takes place on Tuesday. Until then, you can currently sign-up for Google Stadia right now and get two months of the service for free.
