The character designer of Star Ocean 6 is Akiman (Akira Yasuda), you can easily recognize his style if you know your stuff, and he's also listed in the copyrights at the end of the trailer. The character designer of Turn A Gundam already worked on Star Ocean 5 and Star Ocean Anamnesis as well.

Moreover, it's obvious Motoi Sakuraba is the composer as you can easily recognize his style in the trailer. Motoi Sakuraba is the classic composer of the series, and he's still active, working on tons of different games, so it's obvious he'd be back.

Overall, it's clear the game is still in mid-development, as you can spot several moments where the gameplay shown in the trailer is slowing down. The trailer mentioned it was captured on PS5 at the beginning. It might be slightly worrying if you're a worshipper of constant 60 FPS, but surely this will be improved in the final game.
