There are many mysteries hidden in the sands of Jedha. As you explore each of the regions, you are bound to run into the three shrines that circle the Arid Flats.
One of the easier ones to reach is the shrine called the Path of Restoration. Nestled into the cliffs of the Desert Ridge, this shrine will require you to solve puzzles while taking down some challenging foes. Here’s how to complete the quest and claim the treasures hidden inside.
How To Reach The Path Of Restoration
You’ll find this shrine just across a canyon adjacent to the Arid Flats. You can head directly there from the Arid Flats meditation point by turning left and making your way up the edge of the canyon. If you go this way, however, you will have to make it past a few groups of challenging enemies.
The easiest way to reach it is from the Desert Ridge meditation point. From here, take a mount down the slope until you see the shrine above you. From here, you’ll find a climbable rock face where you’ll begin your ascension into the shrine.
Path Of Restoration Part One
Once you reach the top of the climbable wall, you’ll start to hear a Stormtrooper talking. There are four of them in this first part that you will have to take out as you make your way to the top of the shrine. Start by Force Pulling the first one to you to quickly eliminate them.
As you make your way towards the cave in the distance, turn left, and you’ll find the second Stormtrooper at the top of a platform with a climbable wall. For now, head this way, climb up the wall, and take out the second Stormtrooper. To your left, you’ll see a wall you can run on and a Force Echo on the other side.
After grabbing the Force Echo, head up the climbable wall in front of you and kill the two enemies up top. You’ll find a chest with the Wanderers shirt inside, and a zip line that will take you to the top of the shrine. Now head to the top of the shrine and take out the elite droid and two Stormtroopers when you arrive. Finally, grab the Force Echo and prepare to solve the orb puzzle.
Path Of Restoration Part Two
With all the enemies taken care of, you can now freely solve the puzzle. Start by taking the zipline back down. From here, jump over the wall nearest the chest to reach the platform where you took out the second Stormtrooper. Across from this platform is an orb on a short, straight track. Pull the orb along its track to shift stone on the large wall that leads up to the top of the shrine. Now turn around and push the orb behind you so that it follows that lower track. This will lower a climbable wall, allowing you to reach the upper area of the cavern.
Once inside the cavern, push the orb along the track to move the stone outward. Then head back outside and climb to the bottom of the wall. Push the orb back along its track, and make your way back to the platform where you killed the second Stormtrooper. Push the orb in the small track back to its original position. This will change the path on the large wall to allow the orb to move to the top of the shrine.
With the final track in place, push the orb to reach the shrine's top. Now make your way to the top using the zipline. Once up top, you’ll find the orb in the final position at the top of the small staircase. Push it to the end of the track to complete the shrine and reveal the perk upgrade hidden inside.
