SteelSeries Announces Partnership with PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds; Original Products and Giveaway Revealed

SteelSeries has announced that it is teaming up with PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds to assist the battle royale title in celebrating its one-year anniversary.

Today, SteelSeries has announced that it is teaming up with Bluehole Studio’s notable battle royale PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds to provide an original line of products.

According to the press release, the peripheral gaming manufacturer has unveiled the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds-themed QcK+ mousepad, with more PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds-themed peripherals and accessories confirmed to be released sometime this summer.

Composed of high-end cloth, the QcK+ PUBG Edition Mousepad is now available for $19.99 and features the leading character image from the battle royale in bold and vibrant colorings. Specifications in the QcK+ includes a 450x400x4mm oversized mousepad with a nearly frictionless surface as well as a non-slip rubber base, making this supersized mousepad the ideal product for those who utilize low sensitivity or high-resolution.

The press release also revealed that SteelSeries and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds would also kick off the one-year Anniversary festivities with a global campaign with an abundance of prizes up for grabs.  Highlights include a Level 3 backpacks filled with SteelSeries gear, SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless headsets with limited-edition PUBG ear plates. An MSI Optix MPG27C Curved LED Gaming Monitor with a full suite of SteelSeries gear, and PUBG QcK+ mousepads autographed by the game’s creator and keynote speaker for PAX East 2018, Brendan Greene just to name a few.
