After deciding to end its commitment to the arcade genre last year, Resogun and Nex Machina developer Housemarque teased their newest title, Stormdivers, back in April. Not much has been heard about the title since then, but Stormdivers will be fully unveiled at Gamescom this year. Ahead of its appearance there, Housemarque released another brief teaser trailer and some new weapon and environment screenshots for Stormdivers.

The teaser trailer doesn’t show too much of the multiplayer-centric title, clocking in at only twenty seconds and only showcasing around five seconds of gameplay. It’s clearly a small portion of a bigger trailer that will be shown off next week. In the teaser trailer, we do see a player build a small metal wall in order to block a rocket, and then another riding a vehicle towards the camera.

While not much is known about Stormdivers, we won’t have to wait much longer to learn more on a frequent basis, as Housemarque has promised that they will be talking about and showing off the game much more after Gamescom.

You can check out the teaser screenshots and trailer below. DualShockers will be sure to let you know when Housemarque releases more details on Stormdivers during Gamescom, which runs in Cologne, Germany from August 21 until August 25.
