Today Arika revealed another returning character  from Street Fighter EX for its yet unnamed fighting game for PS4.

The character is Doctrine Dark, also known as D.Dark or with his real name, Holger.

Doctrine Dark made his debut in 1996 in Street Fighter EX, and then appeared in both Street Fighter EX2 and Street Fighter EX3. Unlike most of the characters of the EX series, he also has a small part in Street Fighter V, even if his backstory is different.

Now he’s coming back in the spiritual successor of the EX series, which is bringing back quite a few of the classic characters even if it most likely won’t use the Street Fighter name.

Below you can see the reveal trailer, alongside the Tokyo Game Show trailer, that showcases a better – while still brief – look at the recently announced Allen Snider.

If you want to see more, you can check out a long gameplay video from July, a large gallery of screenshots, and the gameplay trailer showcased at EVO 2017.

For now we know that the game is a PS4 exclusive, and a beta will be held by the end of the year, with full release scheduled for 2018.
