Street Fighter IV is Getting Yet Another Update, Capcom Wants Your Suggestions

March 22, 2013

First it was Street Fighter IV, then it was Super Street Fighter IV, followed by Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition and Arcade Edition Ver. 2012 and now it’s…something else. Capcom has announced at PAX East today that they’ll be releasing yet another update to their very popular fighting game Street Fighter IV. Few details were shared about what the update will include, but we do know that it will include balance changes for various characters.

To that end, Capcom is asking the players for balance suggestions. They’ll accept suggestions for ten characters a week for the next few weeks over on Capcom Unity. This week, you can suggest changes for Balrog, M. Bison, E. Honda, Ken, Sagat, Sakura, Makoto, Dudley, Guile, and the star of the series, Ryu. Here more about this exciting proposal from Capcom’s Combofiend in a brief video below.

No further details on the update are available at this time, but we’ll keep you updated.
