Canadian indie developer iLLOGIKA was originally going to release Subaeria, which mixes platformer, roguelike, and puzzle game elements, on April 24 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Unfortunately, just days before launch, the developers has pushed back the game's release until May 9 on all platforms.

Subaeria was delayed by a couple weeks so the developers could polish the game a bit more before it comes out of Early Access on PC and hit consoles for the first time. For those of you who don't know, Subaeria follows a young girl named Styx, who is fighting back against the overlord of the titular underwater city of Subaeria after her family was killed by this.

As Styx makes her way through Subaeria, she has to use her drone in order to pit enemies against each other, which is where the game's puzzle element comes in. Levels are procedurally generated, and players only get more powerful with each run, which should give the game tons of replayability.

Below, you can check out the game's most recent trailer. Subaeria is currently available via Early Access on PC, but will officially launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on May for $14.99.
