Suikoden III Stealthily Releases as a PlayStation 2 Classic Tomorrow

What started as a rumor in April due to a PEGI rating going up for the game has come to fruition. Suikoden III will become available as a PlayStation 2 classic this Tuesday for the PlayStation 3. There was no fanfare behind this announcement but the game was included in today’s The Drop over on the PlayStation Blog.

The original Suikoden and Suikoden II were announced as PSOne Classics at the PlayStation Experience late last year, and were compatible with PSP, PS Vita, and PS3. Unfortunately due to Suikoden III being a PS2 classic it will only be playable on the PlayStation 3 console.
