Patience may be a virtue, but instant gratification is much, much sweeter. Come on, instead of waiting until November 2 to buy Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Switch bundle like every other regular Joe, why not buy it right now?

Thanks to eBay user whoyle08, you can do exactly that. Earlier this week, whoyle08 posted an eBay listing for Nintendo's upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Edition Nintendo Switch console. While conventional wisdom tells us not to believe everyone on the internet, whoyle08 posted several convincing pictures of the console's box alongside a copy of a Mega Millions ticket that was purchased on October 23. Additionally, whoyle08 flaunts an impressive 99.7% feedback rating on eBay and has received 385 positive reviews in the last 12 months.

Regardless of the veracity of whoyle08's eBay listing, it doesn't mean much for Super Smash Bros. fans. Despite the (potential) opportunity to purchase the special edition console early, fans will still have to wait until December 7 to play the game. Since Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Edition Switch bundle doesn't come with a physical copy of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, rather, a download code for the game, possessing the bundle early doesn't really amount to much except that sweet, sweet, Instagram clout. That being said, if Instagram clout is what you're after, I would recommend saving your $1,250 and buying as many Gucci belts as you can.

The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Edition Switch is just one of the specialized hardware bundles that Nintendo is releasing this holiday season. If Smash isn't your thing, Nintendo is also manufacturing Fortnite, Pokemon, Mario Tennis, and Diablo bundles-- all of which will be available in time for Christmas.

You can check out the additional images from whoyle08's eBay listing below. While we're not sure how whole08 obtained the console, they should probably hold on to that Mega Millions ticket just in case. After all, Nintendo doesn't have the most forgiving legal department.
