Rocket League recently celebrated over 5 million downloads, and this morning announced their new paid DLC pack called Supersonic Fury. There are two new cars included, Dominus (muscle car) and Takumi (street racer). There will be six decals each for the two new cars, and two rocket boosts (Nitrous and Burnout), two wheel sets (Cristiano and Spinner), five paint types (Brushed Metal, Carbon Fiber, Metallic Pearl, Pearlescent, and Wood), and most importantly, more trophies. The price will be $3.99 and will come out early August.

There will be a free update with a new map, Utopia Coliseum, and 70 new country flags for your car. Spectator Mode will also be included, allowing players to watch matches occurring online from any angle in the arena. Goal explosions and demolitions will be "upgraded," though no specific details on what that means. A new song, "Firework" by Hollywood Principle will also be added into the game's soundtrack. You can see the DLC in action, and high resolution screenshots, below.
