Bandai Namco held a new live stream for Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris, revealing Lisbeth, Silica, Leafa and Sinon are included in the game. This isn’t surprising as they’ve been in all the previous SAO games so far. Moreover, as DualShockers reported back in March, Producer Yousuke Futami teased Silica and the girls would be in the game.

Here is the new commercial, featuring Scar/let , the opening song of Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris. Sung by ReoNa.

Producer Futami mentioned on stream how this footage isn’t from the actual opening animation sequence, and it’ll be revealed later.

Gameplay introduction trailers for Lisbeth, Silica, Leafa, and Sinon have been shared on Twitter as well.

Kirito finds Sinon sleeping, and decides to wake her up by imitating the GGO system voice, claiming her prized rifle will get confiscated.

Leafa enters Kirito’s room wanting to clean his stuff as his little sister.

Kirito invites Lisbeth to a shopping session and some cake. She refuses as she already had plans.

Silica was asked to defeat a monster in the desert, Kirito decides to go with her.

Lastly, a new character episode video was shared, this time featuring Scheta. The one next week will feature Asuna.

Personally speaking, Lisbeth is my favorite girl in SAO so I’m happy she’s finally been officially confirmed in. I’m definitely looking forward to SAOAL.

We recently learned the total sales for all SAO console games have also topped 5.6 million units in the world.  You can also check out the latest details on SAOAL, including the game’s original story and characters, the battle system, on the planned DLCs, even more gameplay, and some comments from Producer Futami, including the game’s length and regarding a Switch version.

Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris recently went gold. Kirito and friends’ adventure in Underworld launches July 10 worldwide on PC via Steam, PS4, and Xbox One. You can preorder it on Amazon to support us.
