Today, Bandai Namco revealed new details about Tales of Crestoria's characters, during their stage event at Toyo Game Show 2018. The official site was updated as well. While all characters were shown briefly in the concept trailer, we now learned about each one of them in detail.

Kanata Hjuger, the main character, is voiced by Kouhei Amasaki, and designed by Kosuke Fujishima. We already wrote about Kanata and the game's world.

Misera, the game's heroine, is voiced by Yui Ishikawa (2B in NieR: Automata) and designed by Mutsumi Inomata. She's an orphan who grew up in Kanata's father monastery. She's strong-willed and would do anything to help him. Both Misera and Kanata end up being saved by Vicious and start traveling with him, though she's very wary of him.

Vicious, voiced by Yuuma Uchida and designed by Miyuki Kobayashi. A man feared by the world and nicknamed the "Sinful Demon". Living as he pleases, he travels the world looking for a certain place and ends up saving Kanata and Misera in face of danger. He also holds a mysterious power.

Aegis Alver, voiced by Tatsuhisa Suzuki and designed by Miyuki Kobayashi. He's a knight commander. As a very strict person who puts absolute trust in the Vision Orb system, he acts as an executioner who pursues Kanata and his companions.

Yuna Azetta, voiced by Ayane Sakura and designed by Daigo Okumura. She's a journalist who has an incredible talent for detecting lies. She doesn't mind rushing straight into danger if it would allow her to find the truth. She secretly works as an information broker and cooperates with Vicious.

Orwin Granberg, voiced by Hiroki Yasumoto and designed by Daigo Okumura. A friendly, middle-aged man who aimlessly spends his time slacking off. He lives together with his 10 years old daughter Aura and his wife Nina, the sole breadwinner of the family.

We also saw a glimpse of the gameplay for the first time, with a battle screenshot. You can check each character and the new trailer below.

Tales of Crestoria is scheduled to launch for iOS and Android, with no precise date or western release announced yet.
