The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu included a sizable article on Tales of Berseria, with the announcement of the first three packages of DLC costumes that will be released in Japan for the game.

We get a "pirate-style costume set," a "summer vacation costume set" and a "Japanese-style costume set." They'll launch in Japan day and date with the game (on August 18th) and will cost 300 yen ($2.87) each, with the exception of the summer vacation one, that will cost 400 yen ($3,83).

We also get a glimpse on "attachments," which are basically accessories that you can use to customize your characters' appearance, and can be found in special chests in the game world. There is even a hoverboard that can be used to move faster or over impassable terrain.

There will also be minigames, a long jump one, a balloon popping game reminiscent of Tales of Destiny II and a card game.

last, but not least, we get a look at two new characters: Shigure Rangetsu is Rokuro's brother. He's the current head of the family and and extremely proficient with the powerful Rangetsu sword style. Melchior is a senior member of the exorcists of the abbey, and he's Artorius' adviser.

The game will release in the west early next year, and for the moment we don't know how the DLC described above will be distributed for our markets.
